Shipping policy
At Rogue 7 Coffee Co., every bag is roasted to order to ensure maximum freshness. Orders are processed and fulfilled by our roasting partner and shipped directly to your door.
Processing Time
All orders are roasted, packed, and shipped within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Typical delivery times:

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If it cannot be located, contact us and we will help file a claim with the carrier.
