Refund policy

At Rogue 7 Coffee Co., we take pride in delivering fresh, small‑batch coffee roasted to order. Because coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, your satisfaction matters, and we stand behind the quality of every bag we ship.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a refund when applicable.

Order Issues or Concerns

If you’re not satisfied with your coffee, reach out to us. While we cannot accept returns of opened or used products, we will always work with you to make things right.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Because our coffee is roasted to order, we cannot cancel an order once roasting or fulfillment has begun.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we’ll help file a claim with the carrier.
